This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 2.8.2016 and issue patta in favour of the Petitioner.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.08.2016, expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
