The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.618 of 2021 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Munsif at Coimbatore.

2. When the matter up for admission on 29.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned IV Additional District Munsif at Coimbatore as to how long she requires to dispose of the said suit. The learned IV Additional District Munsif has sent a report on 09.09.2024 stating that 2/4

the pleadings have not yet been complete and as soon as the pleadings are complete, she will proceed further and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

3. Ms.R.Divyapreathika states that the pleadings have been completed and the matter is listed on 05.11.2024 for framing of issues.

4. Considering the above submissions, learned IV Additional District Munsif at Coimbatore is requested to frame issues on that date and take all earnest steps to dispose of the suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
