This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent School Committee, dated 01.03.2023 and 17.03.2023, appointing the petitioner as the Headmistress in-charge and as Secretary of the School Committee of the 4th respondent School, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
