ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The detenue is present and is now residing in her aunt's house at Tiruppur. She being the major, wanted to rejoin the L.R.G. Arts and Science College for Women at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tiruppur. The petitioner and her husband do not have any objection for that. The detenue has informed that the certificates are with her parents. The father of the detenue stated that the certificates of the detenue will be handed over to the detenue as she has expressed some reservations with the petitioner and her husband. Accordingly, we direct the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Town to give police protection as and when the detenue requires.
2. The statement made by the petitioner and her husband that the educational expenses of the detenue will be taken care of by them including the hostel expenses, is recorded. The further statement made by them that they have no objection for the detenue to join the L.R.G. Arts and Science College for Women at Tiruppur, is also recorded.
3. Recording such statements, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand disposed of.
