ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent to consider the representations of the Petitioners dated 11.12.2014 and 14.6.2016 with regard to allotment of house through the 3rd Respondent to the Petitioners in the light of the GO.Ms.No.649 Revenue Department dated 20.12.2003 within a stipulated time.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 11.12.2014 and 14.6.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
