ORDER
This petition is filed to call for the entire records in connection with the case, FIR in Crime No.64 of 2020 investigation pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is only a false case foisted against the petitioners. Further, this case is of civil in nature and the FIR may be quashed. They have issued already a non-traceable certificate subsequently and the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the respondent-Police had failed to consider the said certificate issued by them and they have already registered a case against the petitioner. Therefore, it is amply clear that it is a false case. From the year 2020 till date, the respondent had not filed the charge-sheet. On a reading of the FIR and the complaint, it is clear that there are prima-facie allegations against the petitioner and therefore, the grounds taken by the petitioner are not satisying the grounds for quashing the FIR.
3. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge-sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, since the investigation is pending from 2020 being the year of the registration of the FIR. 28.07.2025 cs 2 / 4
