ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2019 seeking monthly relief assistance provided by the State Government to the petitioner's deaf and dumb son, viz., Ashok Kumar.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and if there is any scheme available for grant of aid for Deaf and Dumb child, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the G.O.Ms.No.41, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW 6(1)) Department, dated 28.05.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
