account peacefully without any intervention and the same insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the first respondent to de-freeze the savings bank account maintained by the petitioner with 2nd respondent bank vide Bank Account No.50100519427900 and to operate the account peacefully without any intervention. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received Rs.13,000/- from a stranger, for which, the petitioner's account has been frozen without even any notice. For the minimum of Rs.13,000/-, the entire account has been frozen and the petitioner could not access his account. Hence the present Writ Petition. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that second layer has been found in this case and hence investigation would only reveal the quantum of amount. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2/4

learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 3 and perused the materials available on record.

Even though the amount is meager, investigation is in the preliminary stage and the learned Government Advocate also submitted that there is suspicious transaction. Therefore this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy after filing of charge sheet.
