3. The first petitioner would aver that due to her health conditions, she was not in a position to mobilise funds to file Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, there is a delay of 155 days occurred in preferring the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the petition filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 155 days is hereby condoned. 20-04-2026 KKD To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.
