Perur Chetipalayam Panchayat that was actually reserved for Public Park and to direct respondents to remove the idols and all other structures erected by private persons and to maintain that land as the Public Park and promote the ecology and environment for providing healthy condition as per the matters enumerated in Eleventh Schedule of Constitution of India. O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) While hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we noticed that the Organisation which the petitioner seeks to represent is ''Thondamuthur Panchayat Union People Awareness Welfare Association''. The name seeks connection with the Panchayats and we have doubts if such a name could at all be registered.

2. On observing so, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the description in the petition is incorrect, as the registration is only in the name of ''Thondamuthur Union People Awareness Welfare Association''.

3. The petition has thus been filed by an entity which does not even exist seeking to convey to the court some connections with the Panchayat.

4. On this ground alone, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

5. The Writ petition stands dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
