consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to identify the property in Survey No.3190/2 in Ward No.1, Block No.37, bearing Door No.3, New Street, Kakidhapattarai, Vellore District to an extent of 2604 sq.ft. and grant patta in favour of the petitioners.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the power of attorney representing the petitioners is no more and hence, the writ petition may be closed.

2.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the parties to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation enclosing all the necessary documents, with regard to their claim. No costs.
