Crl.M.P.No.14285 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed on the Petitioners in the Crl.OP.No.15023 of 2021 dated 07.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15023 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
