Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the Petitioner's application submitted on 29.07.2016 for registering his name in the birth certificate and issue birth certificate to the petitioner.

O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the Petitioner's application dated 29.07.2016 for registering his name in the Birth Register and for issuance of birth certificate to him.
2. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the request of the petitioner to include his
name in the Birth Register and issue birth certificate to him has been kept pending.
3. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 29.07.2016 has been returned for complying with certain details and for production of certain documents.
4. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if the application of the petitioner has been returned, it will be complied with and re-presented at once. The learned senior counsel also seeks a direction to the third respondent to pass orders within a time frame.
5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the application of the petitioner dated 29.07.2016, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner, to be re-presented, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of the re-presented application from the petitioner.
