Crl.M.P.No.12895 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.12895 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14710 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P. No.14710 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without any deviation.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders.
