O R D E R

Petitioner has challenged the order of transfer made by the first respondent on 11.05.2007 in this writ petition. While admitting the writ petition, this Court had granted an interim order as against the order of transfer and subsequently, the same had also been made absolute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the records.

From the reading of the order of the first respondent, it is seen that only an internal transfer was effected to the petitioner and the same was made on administrative reason which is prevailing in all the departments in general. Petitioner has not raised any acceptable plea in the writ petition as against the order of transfer. Moreover, the petitioner had been enjoying the benefit of the interim order of this Court for the past ten years.

4. I do not find any ground to interfere with the internal order of transfer, which was made on administrative reason. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
