Common Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.V.S.Senthil Kumar in both W.Ps For Respondents : Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, in both W.Ps Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2024, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they given a representation dated 03.07.2024 seeking to approve the appointment for 7 P.G Assistant Teaching Staff, 7 B.T. Assistant Teaching Staff and 3 NonTeaching Staff, and such representation is pending with the third respondent. 2/5

3. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In such view of the submission, without going to the merits of these Writ Petitions, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2024, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
