ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the concerned authority to deal with the matter is the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department, Chennai City Road, Chennai (respondent No.15). Memo of parties be suitably amended for respondent No.15, by inserting Highways Department after the Divisional Engineer.

2. The Executive Engineer, Zone-13, Greater Chennai Corporation has already addressed a letter to respondent No.15.

3. We, thus, call upon respondent No.15 to carry out an inspection of the site within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the encroachments, if any, be removed in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned and the proceedings completed within a maximum period of three months thereafter.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
