Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 20.10.2021 within a stipulated time as this Court may fix.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a direction directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 20.10.2021 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner filed appeal before the second respondent as against the patta issued in favour of the respondents 3 and 4 and it is pending. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and, after affording them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
