2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.14766 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2022, the Paragraph No.6 has been erroneously stated. Hence, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 8 seek necessary directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 8, the paragraph No.6 of the order dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.14766 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2022 shall read as follows;- ''6. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 8/Accused would submit that the defacto complainant filed a suit in O.S.No.80 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu, seeking permanent injunction. He also filed an application in I.A.No.2 of 2022 seeking interim injunction. The said application was dismissed by the learned District Munsif, Chengalpatu on 10.10.2022. He further submitted that the respondents 2 to 8 herein are in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Therefore, the Civil Court had rightly dismissed the interim injunction petition.''

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.14766 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2022 and issue fresh order copy.
