ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since possession of the property has already been given, the writ petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.

2. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it would not curtail the rights of the proposed parties to pursue the remedies, as are available to them in law. Consequently, the connected WMP is also dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
