Crl.O.P.No.22531 of 2019 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an Order dated 22.08.2019, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.698 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three month from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Vellore, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
