C.M.P. No. 18849 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR106028 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Since the first respondent had remained exparte before the Tribunal, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to him and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. Mr. P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
