The Registry of this Court also acknowledges the receipt of the same on 22.07.2025.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 16.07.2025 has been complied with, Application No.3280 of 2025 is allowed and the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by the learned Master in Application No.3698 of 2024 is set aside by this Court.

4. The Registry is directed to number Arbitration O.P.SR.No.43221 of 2023, if the same is otherwise in order and list it 'for admission' by printing the name of Mr.N.Srinivas Jayaprakash as counsel for the respondent /judgment debtor in the cause-list.
