This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.9398 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.9426 of 2023 dated 06.07.2023, in so far as the condition imposed at para 4(ii) of the impugned order, the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioners have to appear before the Court, concerned.
