Respondents in both the Writ Petition WP.No.19338/2012 Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 5th respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.98A/2012, dated 28.05.2012 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the pay of petitioner as on 01.01.2006 in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400, as fixed originally with all benefits.
