Crl.MP.No.12956 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.7124 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner should stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7124 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7124 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
