This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed under section 11 [6] of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to appoint a sole arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent under Clause 11 of the Agreement dated 03.08.2022.
2. When the matter came up before this Court on 11.10.2023, when this Court pointed out certain queries, it is submitted by both sides that the matter will be settled between the parties. Hence, this petition has been posted today.
3. When the matter is taken up today, it is stated by learned counsel appearing for both sides that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and the respondent has refunded the stipend received by her by way of cheque No.000003 drawn on HDFC Bank for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner received the cheque and returned the certificates of the respondent and the same has been acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2/4
4. Since, the matter is settled between the parties, recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Original Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. 30.10.2023 vrc 3/4
