O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the proceedings in G.O.(3D) No.14, Housing and Urban Development (UD-V) Department dated 31.3.2010 issued by the first respondent and consequently, forbear the second respondent from initiating any action for locking, sealing and demolition of the building https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

put up at Door No.31/11 to 14, Kanniah Chetty Street, Venkatapuram, Chennai (S.No.615/2 of Ambattur Village). 2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent authority has now, extended the time for submission of the revised plan, which has been affirmed by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learend counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned to avail such liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
