This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that "The petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.10 Lakhs (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned, to the credit of Crime No.295 of 2022", in Crl.O.P.No.21037 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already this Court had modified the condition imposed by the Court below.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
