This application has been filed to dispense with the production of the Original Award dated 28.12.2022 made in Arb.Case No./ARC/HDB/PL. 34753 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

2.The applicant states that this application has been filed along with a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Since the Original Arbitral Award has not been received by the applicant, the applicant seeks for dispensation of filing the Original Arbitral Award. 3.The reasons given in the affidavit is acceptable.
