The Petitioner/wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw the C.M.A.No.19 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpet, and transfer the same to the Principal District Court, Thirichirapalli.

2. It is informed that the C.M.A.No.19 of 2023 has been dismissed for 1/3

default and an application for restoring the same is still pending.

3. Therefore, this Tr.C.M.P is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew the request once the C.M.A is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
