When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in Spl.S.C.No.106 of 2019 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District, had been completed and that the petitioner was convicted way back on 19.06.2023 itself, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 2.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
