Crl.M.P No.13111 of 2023 in Crl.O.P No.16604 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.J, This petition is filed to extend the time for surrender before the Trial Court in Crl OP No.16604 of 2023 dated 23.07.2023 in Crime No.177 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
