The Petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.189 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the Petitioners have already been arrested and released on bail.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives in this Petition and hence, this Petition is closed.
