Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Quo Warranto, directing the 5th respondent show cause by what authority he claims to hold the post of fit person to perform the function of board of trustees in Arulmigu Subramaniyasamy Thirukoil, Thiruthani, Thiruvallur District and to consequently remove the 5th respondent from the post.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st, 2nd and 4th respondents submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking to direct the 5th respondent, to show cause by what authority he claims to hold the post of fit person to perform the function of board of trustees in Arulmigu Subramaniyasamy Thirukoil, Thiruthani, Thiruvallur District and to consequently remove the 5th respondent from the post, however, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the 5th respondent was subsequently removed from the Trusteeship and thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that, no further adjudication in necessary in this Writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
