This petition has been filed to amend as 329(3), 296(b), 324(4), 115(1), 351(3), 75(ii) of BNS r/s 4 of TNPHW Act and 8 of POCSO Act instead of Sec 296, 115, 324, 351(1) of BNS Act and Sec 4 of Women Harassment Act pending disposal on above Crl.O.P.No.18915 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this Crl.M.P.No.11501 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.
