The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from giving electricity service connection or install electric cable to the 4th respondent through the vacant passage belonging to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, separate electricity connection has been given to the fourth respondent, without affecting the right of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
