The prayer in the petition reads as follows:- "to correct the spellings of the parties in the Judgment dated 15.03.2022 / amend the cause title of this present OSA and consequentially amend the cause title in the judgment dated 15.03.2022, as follows:- Name of the parties as per the Judgment dated 15.03.2022 Correct spelling and Amendment to be carried Hazer Bai Fida Hussain Madraswala Mattoo (deceased) Hazerabai Fida Hussain Madraswala Matto (deceased) Munira Shabbit Kera Munira Shabbir Kera Sakinga Muffazzal Kanchwala Sakina Muffazzal Shabbir Bhai Kanchwala 2.Since the points sought to be done is only a correction of spelling mistakes in the judgment dated 15.03.2022, Mr.K.Ashok Chakravarthy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed. Hence, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to correct the spelling as indicated in the petition and issue corrected order copy.
