(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct respondent No.2/Tahsildar, Hosur with the assistance of respondent No.3/Village Administrative Officer, Kallipuram Village to cause an inspection of the area concerned to verify the allegation of the petitioner of encroachment on the cart track by the private respondent Nos.4 and 5 within fifteen days of receipt of the copy of this order and in case, encroachment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is found, to take action in accordance with law and conclude the same within a maximum period of three months' from the date of inspection.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs.
