ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, however, with liberty to redeploy the students in his own https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

School. He has also made an endorsement seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. Permission to withdraw the Writ Petition is granted, however, no liberty is granted, as in my considered opinion the redeployment can be done only with the approval and consent of the concerned District Elementary Educational Officer or by the Government. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at the stage of admission itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
