This Petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7641 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 that directs the Petitioners to appear before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in in Crl.OP.No.7641 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
