This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable warrant issued against the third respondent in CC.No.6646 of 2018 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that already the matter has been settled and to that extent a Joint Memo of compromise was also filed before the Appellate Court. Accordingly, the appeal filed by the third respondent herein before the Appellate Court was withdrawn by an order dated 27.04.2022. However, it was not brought to the notice of this Court.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
