This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7863 of in Crl.O.P.No.9244 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 to report before the respondent police every 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7863 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9244 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on summons.
