This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a F.I.R. report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.07.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, herself, her son and her daughter are the share holders of the chit companies which are being run by the accused persons. Whileso, the accused persons has misappropriated funds of the alleged chit companies, for which the petitioner along with other share holders demanded the accused persons to repay the deposit amount. Since the same was not done, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 14.07.2021 to the Superintendent of Police, Salem and as no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted that no such complaint has been received by the respondent and if the petitioner appears before the respondent police along with the copy of the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enclosing the relevant documents, the same would be considered and appropriate action would be taken.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent along with copy of the complaint dated 14.07.2020, along with supporting documents on 15.12.2021 at 10.30 A.M. and thereafter the respondent shall consider the same and act in accordance with law.
