Abithabanu ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking extension of time for the arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award for a further period of nine months and nine days i.e., until 31st March, 2026 from 22nd June, 2025. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension.
