This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19390 of 2022 on 17.08.2022 to stay at Melmaruvathur and report before the Melmaruvathur Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 4.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two more weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
