This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14322 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet in this case has been filed.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
