This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5 of the order dated 30.06.2017 made in Crl.MP.No.7823 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.357 of 2017 on the file of this Court. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is now aged about 75 years and suffering from age related ailments, unable to move, except with anyone's support. The Petitioner is not earning anything, surviving with the support of his daughter and is finding it difficult to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Ariyalur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent also accepted the fact that the Petitioner is aged about 75 years. 1/3

4.In view of the above said submission of the learned counsel on both side and on perusal of materials, this Court relaxed the condition completely, with regard to appearance of the Petitioner before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Ariyalur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
