(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) The PIL is closed in view of the G.O.Ms.No.9 of Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC-I) Department dated 13.01.2015 issued by the State Government as also because the issue of pollution and removal of unauthorised structure around Cooum River was raised before us in W.P.Nos.9926 of 2014 and 2554 of 2015.
