The writ petitioner has been filed this petition seeking issuance of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in letter No.C.No.A1/12035/2006 dated 15.05.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police as called for by recruitment process for the post of Sub-Inspector of police (men and women) for the year 2006.

2.There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 28.06.2018 as well as on 06.07.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption of "For Dismissal" on 11.07.2018. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
